Where do I start… first it was just an email inquiry regarding the possibility of sourcing a specific Berta dress. Nicole went above and beyond to acquire this dress for me. I'm so grateful for Nicole and the team at Kayrouz for helping me find my dream wedding gown. From my intial visit to my final fitting, Nicole and the team were so warm and professional and always made me feel special and safe. There were so many stunning Berta gowns in the store and their valuable assistance helped me narrow my choice down to the one that made me feel bridal, edgy, confident and sexy all at the same time. They kept me updated on shipment progress during covid lockdowns, helped me choose a beautiful veil and Maria Elena earrings from the Kayrouz store to compliment my dress, assisted with great alteration recommendations during each fitting with the dressmaker and gave me helpful bridal tips along the way. Nicole even went out of her way during Christmas store closures to lend me a beautiful coat hanger that I could use for my pre-wedding photos. They exceeded all my expectations and I will always remember the wonderful experience.
