  • For the remaining 50{849b4de698b32399708ccd4f647a453e2c12198f578a81fefef327a99b114390} of the purchase, monthly instalments of a minimum 10{849b4de698b32399708ccd4f647a453e2c12198f578a81fefef327a99b114390} of the total invoice amount are required. Payments can be made in store, by phone or online banking.
  • There is a 6-8 month waiting period for bridal gowns to arrive in store. Once gowns/accessories arrive in store they must be picked up and paid for within this period.
  • I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from swatches. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without exception.
  • I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in ‘as is’ condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.
  • I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge. I further understand that I will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
  • Please check your gown and accessories carefully prior to collection as we accept no responsibility once the gown/accessories have left the premises.
  • Please be advised that we can provide invoicing for clients showing the actual dates payment have been made. GST can only be claimed on payments made 90 days prior to travel overseas.
  • I understand that all sales are final and are neither returnable nor exchangeable. No Exceptions. I have read and understand all Store Policies and agree to the terms and conditions therein.
